In order to make offers on a home you want to buy, you must first register on the website by going to “Homes For Sale” tab and then click into the property you are interested in. Then click on “Sign in or Register”. Please fill out all the fields marked with a red”*” as these are required fields. Save your login info as you will need it to sign in or sign back in.
Agent Representation
An Illinois licensed Real Estate Agent is REQUIRED to make offers on our online offers website. If you need an Agent to represent you, please contact us and we will refer you to a reputable licensed agent. Agents representing a buyer, please enter your IDFPR License number in the box provided. Enter the code that is shown above the box then click “REGISTER”.
Getting Approved
In order to place an offer on any property available on our online offers website, you must either provide Proof of Funds if paying in cash OR a FULL Underwritten Loan Pre-Approval Letter From A Licensed Mortgage Lender. You can get the loan approval started by clicking on the button below.
